“Kubota tractors” are the baby of Kubota Corporation a Japanese company based in Osaka and which was found back around 1890. Kubota is ranked as Japan ’s highest selling manufacturer of agricultural equipment in particular their tractors, rice transplanters and harvesters.

The Kubota tractors are the core of the business, however, the company does not solely manufacture agricultural products but have diversified into the market of vending machines.

Kubota specialised in compact tractors and have the market edge on these, so much so that demand for them is extremely high – a search on the internet will show you just how much. However, the importation of any form of compact tractor specifically designed for the Japanese or for a foreign market and imported into the U.S is highly illegal and has become widely and infamously known as “grey-market” dealing.

The Kubota tractor, thus found in the U.S is obviously illegal!!! However, there reputation abroad precedes them such that aficionados want them. Also exchange rates as they are make them a good buy.
